A: The website migration service that we are offering is free of cost (within a certain limit). We’ll migrate your website(s) to our high–end cloud hosting platform without you having to do anything. We know from personal experience that swapping hosting providers can lead to lost information and unnecessary network downtime. That is the reason why we will do all that for you for free!We have highly experienced administrators whose only responsibility is to ensure that your site works exactly as it did on your old hosting platform. Our administrators are well–versed in transferring custom–made web sites, as well as web sites that are based upon famous apps like WordPress and Joomla^™.

A: While we can’t give you an exact ETA, because there are a lot of factors, among them the physical size of the files and databases, the location of the present host’s server, the complexity of your web site and the present workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we will try our very best to transfer your web site within 48h, and in certain cases – within 24h (if the content is not large).

A: We don’t collect any information that is personal. We will require, however, the login information for your old web hosting account as well as the name of the website that you wish to move.

A: While we move your website, it will be available both in your hosting account with us and in your account with your former web hosting provider. After that, we will tell you how to transfer the domain to your hosting account with us and how to change your DNS settings.

A: While we migrate your web content, your web hosting provider will not be aware of the migration at all. We will not contact them in any way.

A: We can transfer your website from any hosting provider or any Linux–based web hosting platform provided that we can obtain access to the Control Panel and there’s File Transfer Protocol access available.The only websites that we are unable to transfer are the ones based on closed–source software apps like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square and Mr Site.
